Brainstorm the ultimate ride...
What would it sound like?
Compare it to something...
(as fast as, as quiet as)
Tell about its special features.
What traits make it unique?
Add rhyme and rhythm.
Now research.
* Find a photo of cars of the future and add it to your poem.
*Go to Tuxpaint or http://www.abcya.com/create_and_build_car.htm and create an illustration of your ultimate car.
*Be inspired by your peers. Read Caroline's poem to see one version of a dream car.
Now, start writing!
Sixteen
Caroline L.
When some people see my car, they might think it can fly.
With others, they might just wonder what went by.
My dream car is a yellow as the sun,
And when I’m in it, I have so much fun.
In my car you can time travel, fish, and boat.
With all its gadgets, my friends wonder how it can float.
My car is solar powered and nuclear fueled,
If you get a Toyota, they have you fooled.
You can peer out of the periscope and listen to CAR TUNES.
With my car you can do almost anything;
This is why I wish I was sixteen.

My dream car makes bubbly sounds when he moves;
He loves to fling open his doors.
His seats feel like cushions when you want more;
He soars through the air like an eagle,
And swims like a dolphin.
He lights up the highway like a streetlight;
His wheels never leave a touch of grease.
Oh, dream car, “What would I do without you?”
What am I?
The water is warm on my feet.
I wonder what fish I might meet.
My tail has just gotten wet,
Oh, no reason to fret.
I am totally carefree,
I am happy,
I can ski!
In a whirl,
You might not guess what I am...
I AM A SQUIRREL!

Home dream car
My dream car is a car that can fly
It would be able to change color
If I really wanted I could change the mode
like flying or driving
I could go anywhere
,Like California in 10 minuets
I could make cupcakes in it
because it would have a kitchen
My car would be the size of a really nice house
But look like a sequoia but really be the size of a house
It would have everything in it a pool, beds, a kitchen, even a home theater!
I would love this car.
It would be called the Home Car
Is there anything I need to add or edit to this poem?

It roars like a lion,
and it moves like it is flying.
I have to drive that car,
or I think I’ll go crazy with desire!

My car is silver,
With very comfy seats.
It goes as fast as light,
Yet no one can hear it.
My car has a coke machine,
And a big tub of candy.
I love my car!

Dream Car

My car can fly.
It can fly higher than the highest cloud in the sky.
It can float.
It can float longer than a boat.
My car can dive lower than a submarine.
My car runs on crystals.
It is faster than a kite.
It can hit 0 to 60 in 0.0001 of a second.
It can go on any terrain.
It can go farther than a train.
My car is awesome.
I can’t wait till I am 16!

My Dream car
My car is blue like ice
My car was sold to me for a very low price
Some people say my car looks like a bug
My car is so great it deserves a hug
It can move at supersonic speed
It knows when to go
So I can let it take the lead
This car can fly
High up in the sky
My car plays any song ever
It will also make a wonderful ride for whomever
This is the only car that my mind can see
So this MUST be the car for me!

My dream car, no one can hear it;
My dream car no one can see it.
My dream car can float;
My dream car can fly.
My dream car has ice cream;
My dream car is fast.
My dream car is furious;
My dream car is beautiful.
My dream car is made of steel;
My dream car is red white and green.
I can’t wait till I’m eighteen;
Jennifer, your car sounds awesome!!!
This is my dream car. My dream car is a tractor with snowmobiles treads it may look like it goes slow, but it goes faster than a Ferrari.
