Dashing off to school,

Eating breakfast on the way,

O’er the traffic we go,

Carpooling as we pray.

Teachers in each class,

Fill our heads with knowledge,

We just wanna get home fast,

It’s a million years til college.

With Smokie all the day.

Dashing home from school,

In a hurry once again,

O’er the traffic we go,

The busyness never ends.

Phones and timers ring,

Keeping us on track,

What a life always go-go-ing,

From home to stuff and back.

With Smokie all the day.

The Twelve Days of Courville Christmas...

On the 12 days of Christmas where would our family be?

Listening to a cd of the 12 times tables,

Shopping for 11 missing groceries,

Sitting in 10 miles of traffic,

Delivering 9 more postal packages,

Doing 8 subjects of homework,

Serving 7 racquetballs onto the side of our house,

Replacing 6 outgrown shoes,

Finishing 5 school projects,

Painting the kitchen the 4th and final color (green, yellow, blue, red)

Going to 3 birthday parties,

Dribbling 2 basketball practices,

And playing in 1 early morning soccer game.
